The facts are that, on the 29th of June 2022, at Victory farm Mhangura, it is alleged that the accused in the company of three or so others, vandalized a 200KVA transformer after tying and incapacitating the security guard on the premises. The applicants appeared before a Regional Magistrate sitting at Karoi on three counts of robbery in contravention of s126 (1) (a) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act Chapter 9:23.
